      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      OÜ Oilseeds teenused põhilisteks tegevusaladeks 2024. aastal olid põllumajanduslike abiteenuste pakkumine, s.h.

      taimekaitsevahendite ladustamis- ja komplekteerimisteenused, teravilja kuivatamine ja hoiustamine, jms.

      Oilseeds teenused OÜ jätkas 2023. majandusaastal tööd Sauga tehnopargis asuvas Sauga elevaatoris teraviljatoodete laokompleksi haldamise ning ladustamisteenuste pakkumisega. Ettevõte jätkas tegevust ka taimekaitsevahendite ja vedelväetiste ladustamis- ja komplekteerimisteenuste valdkonnas. Kauba mahud mõnevõrra võrreldes eelmise aastaga kasvasid.

      Vastavalt 25.03.2021 kinnitatud saneerimiskavale tegeles Oilseeds teenused aktiivselt uue kuivati rajamiseks vajalike finantseeringute otsimisega. Sõlmimisel on leping ettevõttega agraar invest OÜ viimase omandis olevate kuivati seadmete rentimiseks väljaostu õigusega.

      Omakapitali suurust plaanitakse taastada järgnevatel aastatel läbi müügitulu kasvatamise ning efektiivsuse tõstmise. Omakapitali taastamiseks teeb omanik otsuse kas omanikulaenu konverteerida või kujundada tegevus ümber.
