      Osaühing Struberg kanti esmakordselt Äriregistrisse 17.11.2006.a. ja majandustegevust alustati detsembris 2006.a.

      OÜ Struberg põhitegevusaladeks on elamute ja mitteeluhoonete ehitus (41201), kütte-, ventilatsiooni- ja kliimaseadmete paigaldus (43221), muu vedel- ja gaaskütuse jms hulgimüük (46719), masinate ja seadmete remont (33121), tahkekütuse hulgimüük (46711), metalltoodete remont (33111) ja auru ja konditsioneeritud õhuga varustamine (35301).

      Osaühingu juhatuses on neli liiget. Üks juhatuse liige aruandeaastal töötasu ei saanud ( 2022 : 0), ülejäänud kolme juhatuse liikme 2023. aasta töötasu moodustas 18 777 (2022 : 0) eurot. Töötajaid aruandeaastal ei olnud.

      OÜ Struberg põhieesmärgiks aastatel 2024-2025 on põhitegevusteenuste edasine arendamine ja laiem pakkumine Eesti turul.

      Raamatupidamise aastaaruande koostamise perioodil ei toimunud olulisi sündmusi, mis ei kajastu aastaaruandes, kuid mis oluliselt mõjutavad või võivad mõjutada järgmiste majandusaastate tulemusi.
