      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Aktsiaseltsi Adams Kirurgia Grupp peamiseks tegevusalaks on eriarstiabi osutamine.

      AS Adams Kirurgia Grupp ja AS Fertilitas vahel sõlmitud koostöölepingu alusel teostati 2024. aastal aktsiaseltsis Fertilitas bariaatrilisi ja päevakirurgilisi operatsioone, paigaldati maosiseseid balloone. Aktsiaseltsiga Arstikeskus Confido sõlmitud operatsioonisaali täisteenuse kasutamise lepingu alusel tehti meditsiinkeskuse operatsioonisaalis bariaatrilisi ja päevakirurgilisi operatsioone, gastroskoopilisi uuringuid ja paigaldati ka maosiseseid balloone.

      AS Adams Kirurgia Grupp müügitulu oli aruandeaastal 421222 eurot, millest 99,64% moodustas eriarstiabi osutamine. Võrreldes 2023.

      majandusaasta müügituluga (500197 eurot) vähenes müügitulu 2024. aastal 15,79 %. Kokkuvõttes on müügitulu vähenenud 2022.majandusaastaga võrreldes 54%. Ettevõtte majandustegevuse edukust mõjutas üldine majanduslangus nii Euroopa Liidus tervikuna kui ka Eesti Vabariigis. Käibemaksu tõus tingis ettevõtte kulude suurenemise nii operatsioonide läbiviimiseks vajalike materjalide ostmisel kui ka ruumide ja operatsioonisaalide rentimisel, mis omakorda põhjustas aktsiaseltsi poolt osutatavate meditsiiniteenuste hinna tõusu. Seetõttu hinnatundlikumad patsiendid ei kasutanud tasulise meditsiini teenuseid, patsientide arv kahanes pea samas suurusjärgus nagu müügitulu.

      Aktsiaseltsile kuuluvas Rauna puhkemajas majutusteenuse osutamisest saadud müügitulu oli 2024. aastal 1530 eurot.

      Juhatuse liikme tasu 2024. aastal oli koos sotsiaalmaksudega 11140 eurot, tema töölepingu alusel teenitud tasu (üldkirurg) 21391 eurot.

      Ettevõtte raamatupidaja töötasu koos sotsiaalmaksudega oli 2024. aastal 7957 eurot. Aktsiaseltsi tööjukulud kokku moodustasid aruandeaastal 43641 eurot. Keskmine töötajate arv 2024. majandusaastal taandatuna täistööajale oli 2.

      Eesti Tervisekassaga aktsiaselts koostöölepingut ei oma.
