      Aktsiaseltsi Adams Kirurgia Grupp peamiseks tegevusalaks on eriarstiabi osutamine.

      AS Adams Kirurgia Grupp ja AS Fertilitas vahel sõlmitud koostöölepingu alusel teostati 2025. aastal aktsiaseltsis Fertilitas bariaatrilisi ja päevakirurgilisi operatsioone, paigaldati maosiseseid balloone. Aktsiaseltsiga Arstikeskus Confido sõlmitud operatsioonisaali täisteenuse kasutamise lepingu alusel tehti meditsiinkeskuse operatsioonisaalis bariaatrilisi ja päevakirurgilisi operatsioone, gastroskoopilisi uuringuid ja paigaldati ka maosiseseid balloone.

      AS Adams Kirurgia Grupp müügitulu oli aruandeaastal 396993 eurot, millest 99,3 % moodustas eriarstiabi osutamine. Võrreldes 2024.

      majandusaasta müügituluga (421222 eurot) vähenes müügitulu 2025. aastal 5,75 %, mis näitab, et võrreldes eelnevate aastatega (2022.a. ja 2023. a.) on müügitulu langus olnud väiksem. Osalt on see seotud osutatavate meditsiiniteenuste hindade tõusuga, mille tingis ettevõtte kulude suurenamine nii operatsioonide läbiviimiseks vajalike materjalide ostmisel kui ka ruumide ja operatsioonisaalide rentimisel. Samas ka sellest, et patsientide arv, kellele on meditsiiniteenust osutatud, oluliselt kahanenud ei ole.

      Aktsiaseltsile kuuluvas Rauna puhkemajas majutusteenuse osutamisest saadud müügitulu oli 2025. aastal 2760 eurot.

      Juhatuse liikme tasu 2025. aastal oli koos sotsiaalmaksudega 11239 eurot, tema töölepingu alusel teenitud tasu (üldkirurg) 23361 eurot.

      Ettevõtte raamatupidaja töötasu koos sotsiaalmaksudega oli 2025. aastal 8830 eurot. Aktsiaseltsi tööjukulud kokku moodustasid aruandeaastal 51227 eurot. Keskmine töötajate arv 2025. majandusaastal taandatuna täistööajale oli 2.

      Eesti Tervisekassaga aktsiaselts koostöölepingut ei oma.
