      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      DUB OÜ põhitegevusalaks on siseruumide kujundamine ja kvaliteetne valgustuse projekteerimine koos supergraafika ja graafiliste viidasüsteemide väljatöötamisega. DUB OÜ säilitas konsultatsiooniteenuste turul aktiivsuse avalike/ühiskondlike hoonete ja erakinnisvara projekteerimisel. Täistööajaga töötajate arv on jäänud samaks võrreldes 2022 aastaga. Elamuarenduste turul oli aga märgata mõningast rahunemist ja kliendid on projektlahenduste koostamise ettevalmistamisega mõnevõrra ettevaatlikumad. Ettevõtte suuremad koostööpartnerid on Merko Ehitus, Infragate, Capital Mill, Nobe OÜ, Allianss Arhitektid jne. Oleme jätkuvalt tegusad kõikide kinnisvaratüüpide sisearhitektuurses projekteerimises. Rakendame kaasaegseid 3d-BIM modeleerimise praktikaid, mis kombineerituna 28.aastase sisearhitektuursete teenuste osutamise kogemusega on teatav turueelis uute lepingute/pakkumiste saamiseks omas valdonnas. Rakendame edukalt ka kaugtöö põhimõtteid suuremate ettevõtetega, mistõttu pidasime oluliseks Eesti ja Balti turul laiemalt teenuse osutamiseks muuta oma Stuudio geograafilist asukohta ning viia see üle Tartusse. Asukoht võimaldab meil paindlikult tegutseda üle eesti ja ka osutada konsultatsiooniteenuseid väljaspool Eesti

      Vabariigi territooriumi.

      Mudelprojekteerimise illustreerimise edendamiseks on plaanis arendada 3D visualiseerimise teenuseid. Meie eesmärk on kasutada alati uusimat tehnoloogiat ja litsense efektiivseima tööprotsessi saavutamiseks ning oleme pühendunud meeskonna arendamisele selles valdkonnas. Põhilist joonestus- ja arvutustarkvara uuendatakse regulaarselt kohalike ametlike müügiesindustega sõlmitud lepingute alusel. Kõnealusel majandusaastal teostati kõik disainiga seonduvad teenustööd Euroopa Ühenduse piires. Mitte olulises mahus võrreldes disainialaste teenustega osutati mööbli vahendus- ja paigaldusteenuseid koos dekoreerimisega eesti sisesel turul. DUB OÜ arengustrateegia on tugevdada ettevõttes kvaliteedijuhtimissüsteemi, tagada tellijate rahulolu ning lepingute usaldusväärne täitmine.
