      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      DUB OÜ põhitegevusalaks on sisearhitektuurne projekteerimine, siseruumide kujundamine ning valgustuslahenduste ja sisustuse projektlahenduste väljatöötamine. Ettevõte jätkas 2025. aastal aktiivset tegevust konsultatsiooni- ja projekteerimisteenuste turul, teenindades nii avaliku sektori, ühiskondlike hoonete kui ka erakinnisvara projekte.

      2025. aastal jätkus ehitus- ja kinnisvarasektoris mõõdukas ettevaatlikkus, kuid samal ajal suurenes projekteerimise ja ettevalmistusfaasis olevate arenduste maht. DUB OÜ reageeris turumuutustele paindlikult ning jätkas erineva mahuga sisearhitektuursete ja tehniliste projekteerimisprojektide elluviimist.

      Ettevõte pakub projekteerimisteenuseid erinevatele kinnisvaratüüpidele, rakendades kaasaegseid 3D- ja BIM-modelleerimise töövõtteid ning digitaalseid koostööprotsesse. Pikaajaline kogemus valdkonnas toetab ettevõtte konkurentsivõimet ning võimaldab pakkuda klientidele terviklikke ja kvaliteetseid lahendusi.

      Stuudio tegevuse koondamine Tartusse on osutunud jätkuvalt põhjendatuks ja efektiivseks. See võimaldab paindlikult teenindada kliente üle

      Eesti ning teha koostööd partneritega ka Balti regiooni projektides.

      2025. aastal jätkas ettevõte arendustegevust visualiseerimise, digitaalse projekteerimise ja töövoogude automatiseerimise valdkonnas.

      Tähelepanu pöörati projekteerimisprotsesside kvaliteedi ja efektiivsuse parandamisele ning kaasaegsete tehnoloogiliste lahenduste rakendamisele.

      Majandusaastal osutati disaini- ja konsultatsiooniteenuseid Euroopa Liidu piires. Ettevõtte arengustrateegia keskmes on jätkuvalt kvaliteetse teenuse pakkumine, klientide rahulolu tagamine, usaldusväärne lepinguliste kohustuste täitmine ning töötajate erialase kompetentsi pidev arendamine.

      2026. aastaks hindab ettevõte turuväljavaateid positiivseks. Täheldatav on investeerimisaktiivsuse järkjärguline taastumine nii avalikus kui ka erasektoris ning suurenenud huvi projekteerimise ja kvaliteetsete sisearhitektuursete terviklahenduste vastu. Kasvavat nõudlust toetavad energiatõhususe, kvaliteetse töökeskkonna ja kaasaegsete ruumilahenduste olulisuse suurenemine. Ettevõte näeb häid võimalusi jätkata koostööd pikaajaliste partneritega ning osaleda projekteerimis- ja arendusprojektides nii Eestis, kui ka lähiregioonides.

      DUB OÜ jätkab tegevust stabiilselt ning hindab ettevõtte arenguperspektiive ja finantsvõimekust järgnevateks aastateks positiivseks.
