      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      DUB OÜ põhitegevusalaks on siseruumide kujundamine ning kvaliteetne valgustuse projekteerimine koos supergraafika ja graafiliste viidasüsteemide väljatöötamisega. Ettevõte säilitas 2024. aastal aktiivse kohaloleku konsultatsiooniteenuste turul, keskendudes nii avalikele ja ühiskondlikele hoonetele kui ka erakinnisvarale. Võrreldes eelneva aastaga jäi täistööajaga töötajate arv muutumatuks.

      Elamuarenduste sektoris valitses jätkuvalt ettevaatlikkus, kuid turul täheldati planeerimisfaasis projektide kasvu, millele ettevõte aktiivselt reageeris. DUB OÜ pakub sisearhitektuurset projekteerimist kõikidele kinnisvaratüüpidele, rakendades sealjuures kaasaegseid 3D-BIM modeleerimise praktikaid. Ettevõtte pikaajaline, 29-aastane kogemus valdkonnas annab märgatava konkurentsieelise uute projektide ja lepingute sõlmimiseks.

      Stuudio asukoha viimine Tallinnast Tartusse on ennast õigustanud. Geograafiline muudatus võimaldab meil paindlikumalt teenindada kliente nii

      Eestis kui ka Balti regioonis laiemalt ning pakkuda konsultatsioone ka väljaspool Eesti Vabariiki.

      Lisaks alustasime aktiivset arendustegevust 3D-visualiseerimise valdkonnas, et tõhustada mudelprojekteerimise ja illustratsioonide kvaliteeti.

      Meie eesmärk on rakendada uusimaid effektiivselt tehnoloogiaid, mis tagavad optimaalse töövoo ja tulemuste kõrge kvaliteedi.

      2024 majandusaastal osutasime kõiki disaini- ja konsultatsiooniteenuseid jätkuvalt Euroopa Ühenduse piires.

      DUB OÜ arengustrateegia fookuses on jätkuvalt ettevõtte kvaliteedijuhtimissüsteemi tugevdamine, klientide rahulolu tagamine ning lepinguliste kohustuste täitmise usaldusväärsus.
