      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Pärna Metsad OÜ on Saaremaal asuv erakapitalil põhinev osaühing, mis asutati 2007.aastal. Ettevõtte juhatus koosneb ühest liikmest, kes on ühtlasi ka Pärna Metsad OÜ omanik.

      Ettevõtte peamisteks tegevusaladeks on metsaraie, metsamaterjali ja kasvava metsa raieõiguse ost, hakkpuidu müük, transporditeenuste osutamine, vähemal määral ka põllumajandusmaade hooldamine ja loomasööda tootmine.

      Hakkpuitu toodetakse raiejäätmetest, alusmetsa võsast ja puidust, mida tarbepuiduna ei väärindata. Metsamaterjali raiutakse ettevõttele endale kuuluvatelt metsakinnistutelt ning ostetakse teistelt metsandusega tegelevatelt ettevõtetelt ja eraisikutelt.

      OÜ Pärna Metsad majandustegevus on keskkonnasõbralik, oma metsamajanduse tegevuses lähtub ettevõte Eesti Vabariigis kehtivast metsaseadusest, keskkonnastandarditest ja metsade majandamise heast tavast. Ettevõtte põhitegevus on suuresti hooajaline. Metsa ülestöötamine sõltub väga suuresti ilmastikust. Ilmastikuoludest lähtuvalt on töö rohkem või vähem intensiivne, aga protsess on katkematu ning suuremad raiemahud jäävad talvekuudele. Metsamajandusliku tegevuse aluseks on litsentseeritud metsakorraldusfirmade poolt koostatud metsakorralduskavad kinnistute lõikes.

      Osaühingu suuremad kliendid 2025.aastal olid Stora Enso Eesti AS, TÜH Eesti Puidumüügikuskus.

      2025.a. müügitulu oli kokku 2542796 eurot.

      OÜ Pärna Metsad omab alates 2016.a. PEFC puidu tarneahela sertifikaati. Puidu tarneahela sertifikaadiga kinnitatakse, et tootmisel kasutatakse vastutustundlikult majandatud metsadest pärit puitu ning et see materjal on jälgitav tootmise ja turustamise kõikides etappides– alates metsaülemast kuni lõpptoote tootjani.
