      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      OÜ Ambeon on kantud Harju Maakohtu registriosakonda 21.03.2007. aastal ning ettevõtte põhitegevusalaks on meteoroloogiliste ja okeanograafiliste mõõteseadmete müük, paigaldus, hooldus ja remont. Samuti mõõtesüsteemide ja andmeside tarkvara väljatöötamine ja juurutamine.

      2023. aastal tegeles ettevõte samades valdkondades, mis eelnevatelgi majandusaastatel. Põhiliselt tegeleti mõõteseadmete müügi, paigalduse, remondiga ja tarkvara laehenduste väljatöötamisega. OÜ Ambeon esindab mitmeid oma valdkonna juhtivaid tootjafirmasid nagu Aanderaa Data

      Instruments (Norra), Datawell BV (Holland), Star Oddi (Island), Keller AG (Sveits) jt. Väiksemal määral on OÜ Ambeon tegelenud ka konsultatsiooniga meremõõtmiste planeerimise ja teostamise vallas. Majandusaastal toimus müük Eestisse ning kogu müügitulu teeniti meteo- ja okeanograafiliste mõõteseadmete ning tarkvaralahenduste müügist. Võrreldes 2022. aastaga langes müügitulu märkimisväärselt.

      Majandusaasta lõppes kahjumiga -33118 eurot. 2024. aastal planeeritakse jätkata tegevust.

      Juhatuse liikmele eraldi tasu juhatuse liikme ülesannete täitmise eest aruandeaastal ei tasutud ning töötajaid ettevõttel ei olnud. Teenuse osutamisega tegeleb vastavat kompetentsi omav juhatuse liige ning vajalikud spetsiifilised teenused ostetakse sisse koostööpartneritelt.
