      Strategic decision: No desire to increase customer base
      Board member Jüri Abram (01.08.2024): "We focus only on providing high-quality service to existing customers and maintaining relationships. We do not plan to increase our customer base."

      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Värvx OÜ asutati aprillis 2007. aastal, eesmärgiga osutada värvimisteenust mööblitootmis ettevõtetele nii Eestis kui välismaal.

      Põhilise osa 2023. aasta käibest andis põhitegevus, värvimisteenuse osutamine Eesti ja

      Soome mööblitootjatele.

      Põhilisteks koostööpartneriteks olid Soome firmad Muurame Oy ja Pinjasto Oy ning Eesti ettevõte Marson Grupp OÜ.

      Kuna värvimisteenuse järele on nõudmine oluliselt vähenenud, otsustasime selle tegevuse lõpetada 2023. aasta lõpus ning alustada 3D printimise arendusega.

      2024. aastal alustasime põhiliselt 3D printimise arendusega.

      Juhatuses on 2 liiget. Juhtimise eest tasu ega muid soodustusi ei makstud.

      Ettevõtja on jätkuvalt tegutsev.
