      Katus ja Fassaad OÜ tegeleb katuse- ja fassaaditöödega ning katusekattematerjalide müügiga. Ettevõtte tegutsemispiirkonnaks on peamiselt

      Pärnumaa, Läänemaa ja Saaremaa. Ettevõte esindab katusekattematerjalide ning tarvikute tootjaid ja maaletoojaid Pärnumaal - Weckman,

      Orima, Benders, Roto, Cembrit. Samuti teostab nimetatud brändide toodete professionaalset paigaldust ning annab konsultatsioone.

      Aruandeperioodil oli ettevõtte müügikäive 389 488 eurot. Käive oli eelmise aastaga võrreldes 4% langenud ehk suhteliselt stabiilne.

      Aruandeaasta lõpetati kahjumiga, kuna palgakulud suurenesid märgatavalt. Tulu saadi katusekattematerjalide müügist ning katusetöödest.

      Samuti nägi ettevõte võimalust vahendada ka teisi ehitusmaterjale ning tooteid, mis ei ole seotud katustega. Suurema osa käibest andsid endiselt püsikliendid ning nende soovituse tulemusena ka palju uusi kliente.

      2025 aastal jätkatakse tegevust samadel tegevusaladel ning samade brändide esindamist. Ehitusturg on jätkuvalt aktiivne aga samas pingeline.

      Loodetakse lõpetada majandusaasta kasumlikult ning palgasurvega kohaneda. Nõudlus ehitusmaterjalide vastu on endiselt olemas ning paigaldusteenuse vastu samuti. Eesmärk on püsiklientide hoidmine ning juurde tekitamine. Samuti on eesmärk käibe hoidmine samaväärsena või suurendamine. Võimalusel investeeritakse põhivarasse, mis samuti lihtsustaks ning edendaks tegevust antud valdkonnas.
