      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Baltic Restaurants Estonia AS alustas oma tegevust Eestis 1993. aastal.

      Peamine äritegevus on seotud igapäevase personali, üliõpilaste, õpilaste, lasteaialaste ja patsientide toitlustusega ning ärikeskuste, tehaste ja parvlaevade lõunarestoranides, kohvikutes opereerimisega. Lisaks pakume oma klientidele ka cateringi teenust. Oleme arenev toitlustusettevõte, mis vastavalt oma teeninduspõhimõtetele pakub klientidele lihtsust ja kindlustunnet läbi kvaliteedi ja efektiivsuse. Aasta lõpu seisuga opereeris Baltic Restaurants Estonia AS 201 toitlustuskohas Daily ja Take Off, Noonbox brändi nime all. Alustasime uue brändi Fristar kasutamist ja avasime ka esimese sellenimelise kohviku.

      2024. aastal osalesime 62 hankes, millest 27 võitsime. Tulenevalt väga suurest riigihangete mahust on ettevõte läbi aasta olnud kaasatud mitmetesse toitlustuse hangetega seotud vaidlustustesse VAKO's ja kohtus.

      2024. aastal parendasime veelgi oma tegevust Tallinna kahes suures haiglas - Ida-Tallinna Keskhaigla ja Lääne-Tallinna Keskhaigla patsientide toitlustamisel.

      Parandasime väga tugevalt oma turupositsiooni suurendades ettevõtte kohaolekut uutes sektorites.

      Eesmärgid järgmiseks majandusaastaks 2025. aastal on plaanis jätkata edukalt alustatud töötajate täiendavat koolitamist ja uute valdkondade otsimist, kuhu pakutavat toitlustusteenust laiendada.

      Järjepidevalt tegeleme nii toodete kui ka teenuse kvaliteedi tõstmisega ja kliendi rahulolu suurendamisega. Selleks viime läbi pidevalt rahulolu-uuringuid ja fookusgrupi vestlusi. Plaanis on laiendada oma tegevust avalikus sektoris.

      Tulevaks aastaks planeeritud investeeringud seoses olemasolevate toitlustuskohtade renoveerimise ja investeeringutega on ligikaudu 500 tuhat eurot.
