      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      OÜ Mainserv on kantud Harju Maakohtu registriosakonda 31.05.2007. aastal ning ettevõtte põhitegevusalaks on ehitusteenuse osutamine.

      2024. aastal tegeles ettevõte nagu ka eelnevatel majandusaastatel peamiselt ehitusteenuse osutamisega, mis moodustas 100% kogutulust.

      Võrreldes 2023. aastaga tõusis müügitulu 37,5% ning ettevõtte lõpetas aasta kasumiga 977 eurot, millega on asutud taastama ettevõtte omakapitali. Majandusaasta lõpu seisuga on ettevõtte omakapital endiselt alla Äriseadustikus kehtestatud miinimumnõude, kuid 2025. aastal planeeritakse jätkata kulude kokkuhoiuga ning võimalusel leida uusi kliente, et jooksva kasumi arvelt oleks võimalik omakapital taastada.

      2025. aastal planeeritakse jätkata senist tegevust ja leida uusi kliente.

      Juhatuse liikmele eraldi tasu juhatuse liikme ülesannete täitmise eest aruandeaastal ei tasutud. Keskmine töötajate arv aruandeaastal oli 2, tööjõukulu moodustas 26361 eurot.
