      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Ettevõttest

      OÜ Marandi Vara on 100% Eesti erakapitalil põhinev ettevõtte, mis asutati 07. 07. 2008 aastal 3 osaniku poolt. Alates 2009 aastast on ettevõttel üks osanik. 2015 majandusaastal toimus omaniku vahetus.

      Ettevõtte põhitegevuseks on muu ehitiste viimistlus ja lõpetamise teenuse osutamine tegevusalade klassifikaatori järgi kood 43 391 tegevus.

      Ülevaade majandustegevusest.

      2023 majandusaastal ettevõtte põhitegevus toimus jätkuvalt Rootsis ehituste viimistluse ja lõpetamise tegevusega. Ettevõtte hindas majandusetegevust samuti rahuldavaks. Käibekasvu langust mõjutas teenuse osutamise vähenemine. Ka 2023 majandusaastal Eestis majandustegevust ei toimunud , sest ehituse valdkonnas on konkurent väga tihe ja raske tulla turule. Ehitustegevuse valdkonnas toimusid mõningad läbirääkimised aga tööde teotsamiseks Eestis ei ole veel jõudnud. Ettevõtte soovib oma tegevust laiendada Eestimaa pinnal aga paraku on see idee Eesti turule jõuda ees ootamas.

      Eeldatavad arengusuunad.

      2024 majandusaastal on ettevõtte jätkuvalt tegutsev pakkudes klientidele head ja professionaalset teenust ehituse valdkonnas.
