Anton Garajev opened their flagship clinic Kliinik 32 in Tornimäe Business Center in Tallinn, which became the most modern dental clinic in Estonia with the latest treatment technology and work concept.

In 2011, the circle of owners was expanded and now also includes Dr. Martin Martma. Since 2015, Dr. Laura Aluoja has also been among the owners.

Kliinik 32 is one of the most representative and high-quality implantology and periodontology centers in Estonia, where in addition to surgical procedures and gum disease treatment, high-level dental, orthodontic, prosthesis and oral hygiene services are offered. The Kliinik 32 team consists of nearly 45 doctors and assistants, making it one of the largest clinics in Estonia. The clinic has nine modernly equipped dental offices and two special operating rooms for surgical procedures.

In terms of exports, we hope that the free movement between countries will be restored and foreign patients will again be able to consume the service we offer. In 2023, we will invest more in digitization and efficiency of our activities.
