      Osaühing Pro Keevitustööd kanti äriregistrisse augustis 2007. aastal, tegevust alustas Septembris 2007.aastal. Seega oli lõppenud majandusaasta ettevõttele seitsmeteistkümmnesümmnes täistegevusaasta.

      Põhitegevusalaks oli lõppenud majandusaastal erinevate metallkontstruktsioonide tootmine.Müügitulust moodustas see 94,40%. aasta varem 2023.aastal oli vastav näitaja 93,03,% ja veel aasta varem 2022.aastal oli vastav näitaja 92,73%.

      Osaühing Pro Keevitustööd jätkab edaspidi metallkonstruktsioonide tootmisega, sest sellel alal on suurenenud nõudlus.

      Uuesti on võetud palgale rohkem lepingulisi töötajaid nagu oli see ettevõtte algusaastatel.

      OÜ Pro Keevitustööd juhatuse liikmed Sten Sarv ja Jaanus Sarv oma liikmeksoleku eest aruandeaastal palka ei saanud. Juhatuse liikmele ei ole ette nähtud lahkumis- ja tagasikutsumishüvitisi, samuti ei kasuta ta soodustingimustel ettevõttele kuuluvaid varasid.
