      Sissejuhatus

      Spot OÜ on ettevõte, mis tegeleb juuksuriteenuste osutamisega. Spot OÜ rendib teenuse osutamiseks juuksuritooli OÜ-lt Bellamark.

      Tulud, kulud ja kasum 2023. aastal moodustas Spot OÜ müügitulu 32 269 eurot (2022: 29 341 eurot). Müügitulust moodustas 100 % teenuste müük.

      Spot OÜ müügitulust moodustas 100% müük Eestisse.

      Spot OÜ puhaskahjumiks kujunes 4 044 eurot (2022: kahjum 4 058 eurot).

      Investeeringud

      Aruandeperioodil materiaalsesse põhivarasse ei investeeritud.

      2022.aastal investeeriti materiaalsesse põhivarasse 2 306 EUR-i..

      Personal

      Spot OÜ palgalist tööjõudu ei ole. Kogu töö teeb ära ettevõtte juhtkond ise.

      Ettevõtte juhatuse töötasud moodustasid majandusaastal 15 000 eurot (2022: 9 500 eurot). Juhatuse liikmetele nendega lepingu lõpetamise korral hüvitist ei maksta.

      Eesmärgid järgmiseks majandusaastaks

      Spot OÜ põhieesmärgiks järgmisel majandusaastal on firma turupositsiooni säilitamine ja kindlustamine.

      Juhtkonna üheks prioriteediks on jätkuvalt ettevõtte efektiivsuse suurendamine töötajate koolitamise kaudu.
