      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Ettevõttest 2024. aastal jätkas Virtex OÜ juba väljakujunenud tegevusvaldkondadega, milleks on hoonete ja rajatiste insener-tehniline projekteerimine ning tehnilised konsultatsioonid, sealhulgas kütte-, ventilatsiooni-, jahutus-, veevarustus-ja kanalisatsioonisüsteemide, tugevvoolu ja nõrkvoolu süsteemide projekteerimine ning energiatõhususe arvutus uutele hoonetele.

      Virtex OÜ 2024. aasta aruandeperioodi müügitulu oli 417 125 eurot (2023. aastal: 288 026 eurot) ja puhaskasum 83 888 eurot (2023.

      aastal oli puhaskasum 52 010 eurot). Puhasrentaablus oli 20,1%, ROA 44,7%, ROE 58,5%.

      Investeeringud 2024. aastal suuri investeeringuid ei tehtud. Põhivarasse investeeris ettevõte 2024. aastal 4 433 eurot, mille eest soetati materiaalset põhivara. Kasutusele võeti uus sõiduauto tööülesannete täitmiseks.

      Olulised sündmused 2024. aastal sõlmiti mitu uut lepingut projekteerimiseks koduturule (Eesti turg).

      Valminud projektid: 2024. aastal valmis mitu hoonet, kus Virtex OÜ tegi KVJ VK ja/või suitsutõrje süsteemide töö- ja/või põhiprojekti.

      (cid:127) Tallinna suure büroohoonete Arter kvartali B-torn; (cid:127) Novotel Tallinn Living hotell; (cid:127) Uus-Volta 10 kaasaegne korterelamu; (cid:127) Kuressaare GoSPA hotelli uuendamine.

      Tegevussuunad uueks majandusaastaks

      Ettevõtte fookus on jätkuvalt suunatud pikaajaliste koostöösuhete arendamisele nii olemasolevate kui ka uute klientidega ning kasumlikkuse suurendamisele. On kavandatud tugevdada oma turupositsiooni ning säilitada ettevõtte käivet ja kasumit samal tasemel.

      Sõlmitud lepingute maht ennustab 2025. aasta käibeks umbes 350 000 eurot.

      Kokkuvõte

      Juhatuse 2024. aasta eesmärgid ületati prognoositust paremini, suurendades nii käivet kui ka kasumit. Kokkuvõttes oli 2024. aasta

      Virtex OÜ jaoks positiivne.
