      Hellmann Worldwide Logistics OÜ on asutatud 10.12.2007 ning tema peamiseks tegevusalaks on ekspedeerimine. 31.12.2023 lõppenud majandusaastal osutas osaühing ekspedeerimisalaseid teenuseid rahvusvahelise Hellmann Worldwide võrgustiku Eesti partnerina.

      Osaühing sai lõppenud majandusaastal müügitulu 3 903 643 eurot (2022: 5 137 870 eurot), aasta lõppes kahjumiga.

      Osaühingus töötas lõppenud majandusaastal keskmiselt 10 töötajat (2022: 11 töötajat). Töötasu arvestati 209,4 tuhat eurot (2022: 182,5 tuhat eurot). Ettevõtte juhtkonna liikmetele soodustusi tehtud ei ole ning osaühingul puuduvad juhtkonna tasustamisega seotud potentsiaalsed kohustused. Juhtkonna liikmetele nende põhikirjaliste kohustuste täitmise eest tasu ei arvestatud.

      2024. aastal kavatseb osaühing tegevust ekspedeerimise tegevusalal jätkata. Plaanis on säilitada või kasvatada müügitulu kõigi kliendisegmentide lõikes.
