      A-ÜLEVAATUS OÜ tegevusaruanne 2024

      A-Ülevaatus OÜ põhitegevusalaks on autode tehniline ülevaatus (EMTAK 71201).

      Kõik nõuded tehnoülevaatuspunktile on määratletud majandus- ja kommunikatsiooniministri 18. juuli 2011 määrusega nr 77 Mootorsõiduki ja selle haagise tehnonõuetele vastavuse kontrollimise tingimused ja kord.

      A-Ülevaatus OÜ on sõlminud halduslepingu Transpordiametiga, mille kohaselt lubatakse äriühingul teostada mootorsõidukite ja nende haagiste tehnoülevaatust. Tehnoseisundi kontrollimise eesmärk on sõiduki liiklusele ohutu ja loodushoidliku tehnoseisundi tagamine.

      A-Ülevaatus OÜ-le on väljastatud Eesti Akrediteerimiskeskuse poolt erialase pädevuse tunnistus number E080 sõidumeerikute/tahhograafide tehnilise kontrolli teostamiseks.

      2023. aasta veebruaris avasime ülevaatuspunkti Tallinnas ning plaanime jätkata laienemist, et pakkuda klientidele paremat võrgustikku üle Eesti.

      Alates 01.01.2018 ei määrata M1 ja N1 kategooria sõiduki järgmise korralise ülevaatuse kuu sõiduki riikliku registreerimismärgi viimase numbri järgi. Tehnoülevaatuse hooajalisus on muutumas seoses seadusandluse muutusest (M1 ja N1 kategooria sõidukite tehnoülevaatuse tähtaeg on nüüd ka jaanuaris ja veebruaris).

      A-Ülevaatus käsitleb finantsriskina krediidiriski, likviidsusriski, maksuriski, intressiriski ning raporteerimise riski.

      Finantsriskijuhtimisel lähtutakse põhimõttest, et riske tuleb võtta tasakaalustatult, arvestades sisemiselt kehtestatud reegleid ja rakendades vastavalt olukorrale riskide maandamise meetmeid, saavutamaks stabiilne kasumlikkus ning omaniku vara väärtuse säilimine. Majandusaasta jooksul ei ilmnenud olulisi finantsriske.

      2024. aasta lõpus töötas äriühingus 61 töötajat (2023. aastal 60 töötajat). Töötasudeks maksti kokku ilma sotsiaalmaksudeta 1 429 488 eurot (2023. aastal 1 364 595 eurot). Juhatuse liikmetele juhatuse liikme tasu ei arvestatud.
