      Palu Tootmine OÜ põhitegevusalaks on muude metallkonstruktsioonide ja nende osade nagu erinevate kande- ja piirdeelementide, käsipuude, platvormide, alusraamide tootmine (EMTAK 25119).

      Teenustööna pakume erinevaid keevitus-, plasmalõikus- ning torupainutustöid.

      Ettevõte toodab mitmesuguseid metallkonstruktsioone erinevatele ehitusettevõtetele, välja on kujunenud pikaajalised koostööpartnerid nii Eestis kui Euroopa Liidu riikides, aruandeaastal vähenes ühendusesisene müük.

      Palu Tootmine OÜ jätkab põhitegevusalal järgmisel aastal, eesmärgiks on olemasolevate toodete täiustamine ning sortimendi laiendamine, töötajate kvalifikatsiooni tõstmine ning tootmisprotsesside optimeerimine, võimaluse korral soetatakse uusi tootmisseadmeid.

      Juhatuse liikmetele juhatuse liikme tasu ei ole makstud.

      Juhatuse liikmetele ei ole ette nähtud seadusandluses ettenähtust erinevaid kompensatsioone ja tagatisi tema tagasikutsumisel.
