      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      2024 aasta oli Aarik OÜ'le viimaseid aastaid arvestades tavaline aasta. Kinnisvara sektoris on jätkuvalt ebaselge olukord. Põhjuseid palju, jätkuv energiakriis koos jätkuva sõja mõjuga.

      2024 aasta müügikäibeks kujunes 77 tuhat eurot, võrreldes eelmise aastaga oli tegemist tõusuga (2023: 75 tuhat) eurot.

      Ettevõttes töötas 2024 aastal 1 põhikohaga töötaja (2023: 1), palgafondiga 13 tuhat (2023: 12 tuhat) eurot. Aruandeaastal juhatuse liikmele tasusid ja muid soodustusi ei makstud.

      2025 eesmärkideks on hoida sama taseme müügikäivet.
