      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      2023 aasta oli Aarik OÜ'le viimaseid aastaid arvestades tavaline aasta. Kinnisvara sektoris on jätkuvalt ebaselge olukord. Põhjuseid palju, jätkuv energiakriis koos jätkuva sõja mõjuga.

      2023 aasta müügikäibeks kujunes 75 tuhat eurot, võrreldes eelmise aastaga oli tegemist tõusuga (2022: 61 tuhat) eurot.

      Ettevõttes töötas 2023 aastal 1 põhikohaga töötaja (2022: 1), palgafondiga 12 tuhat (2022: 11 tuhat) eurot. Aruandeaastal juhatuse liikmele tasusid ja muid soodustusi ei makstud.

      2024 eesmärkideks on taastada varasemate aastate müügikäive.
