We are a small personnel consultation with a personal approach to help organisations better understand and develop their employees through research and practical advice.

Many clients face similar challenges: difficulties in measuring employee involvement, clarifying competencies, limited internal resources for recruitment and obstacles related to management skills and team dynamics affect performance.

The working method focuses on data-based clarification and tailored advice - we give specific, applied recommendations to managers and HR managers and support their implementation through evaluation, training and practical assistance.

What we distinguish from each other is personal style of cooperation, experience in the private sector, public sector and education, and emphasis on scientific and practical solutions. Our goal is to help organisations to create clearer priorities, strengthen management and improve employment so that changes have a sustainable impact.
