      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      4U Logistics OÜ on 2008. aastal asutatud ettevõte. Ettevõte põhineb 100% Eesti erakapitalil.

      4U Logistics OÜ põhitegevuseks on tolliagentuuri teenuste, transiiditeenuste ja logistiliste lahenduste pakkumine ning klientidele tolliprotseduuride rakendamisega seotud kulusäästlikumate lahenduste teostamine.

      Aruandeperioodil jätkasid tööd 4U Logistics OÜ teenindusvõrgu kontorid Tallinnas, Tartus, Rakveres, Pärnus ja Võrus.

      Ettevõte on ainus tolliagentuur, kes omab üle-eestilist esindatust, olles seeläbi sobivaimaks tolliteenuste partneriks rahvusvahelise kaubandusega seotud ettevõtetele.

      Ettevõttel on tolliterminaalid ja tollilaod: (cid:127) Lääne-Virumaal, Rakveres; (cid:127) Harjumaal, Loo alevikus; (cid:127) Tartumaal, Tartus

      Ettevõttel on üle-eestiliselt klientide paremaks teenindamiseks 12 volitatud kaubasaajana tegutsemise heakskiidetud asukohta, mis võimaldab impordi tollivormistuste teostamist kliendi tegevuskohas või sellele lähimas keskuses.

      Põhitegevuseks vajalik üldtagatis on finantseeritud ettevõtte poolse tagatisraha sissemakse ja kinnisvaratagatisega omakapitalist Maksu-ja

      Tolliameti kasuks.

      Ettevõte jätkas aruandeperioodil tolliteenuste osutamist lähi-liikmesriikides. 4U Logistics OÜ osutab tollitransiidi teenuseid Soomes, Rootsis,

      Lätis ja Leedus. Läbi koostööpartnerite tagame lepingulistele klientidele eelnimetatud riikides ning Norras ka impordi ja ekspordi tollivormistuste teostamise.

      Ettevõtte äritegevus on seotud klientidega, kellest osa on mõjutatud sõtta kaasatud riikidele kehtestatavatest sanktsioonidest, samuti on ettevõtte äritegevus mõjutatud läbi muutuste üldises majanduskeskkonnas ning logistikasektoris. Oleme tõhustanud finantsriskide maandamist läbi KYC veelgi põhjalikuma rakendamise.
