      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Aruandeperioodi jooksul ei toimunud aktiivset äritegevust. Ettevõte jätkas arendustegevustega päikeseenergia valdkonnas.

      Ettevõttel ei olnud aruandeperioodil töötajaid ning esinesid vaid tegevuskulud, mis olid seotud varahalduse ja maaomandite haldamisega.

      Pärast aruandeperioodi võeti vastu otsus Lumesadu OÜ ühinemiseks emaettevõttega Enery Estonia

      OÜ. Ühinemisprotsess sai alguse 2025. aasta esimeses pooles ning selle eesmärk on lihtsustada grupisisest struktruuri ja tõhustada varade haldust. Ühinemise järgselt jätkub Lumesadu OÜ senine tegevus Enery Estonia OÜ koosseisus.
