      Üldinfo

      Balmax OÜ on Eesti kapitalil põhinev ettevõte, mis on spetsialiseerunud metsandus- ja põllumajandusseadmete ning nende varuosade müügile.

      Ettevõtte peamised kliendid on nii era- kui ärisektorist, sealhulgas metsanduse ja põllumajanduse valdkonnas tegutsevad ettevõtted.

      2024. aastal jätkasime oma põhitegevusvaldkondade arendamist, keskendudes kvaliteetsete toodete ja professionaalse teeninduse pakkumisele. Lisaks seadmete müügile tegeleb Balmax OÜ ka metsamasinate hoolduse ja remondiga, pakkudes klientidele terviklahendusi kogu seadme elutsükli jooksul. Eesmärgiks on pakkuda kliendile mitte ainult toodet, vaid ka kindlustunnet seadme pikaajalise toimimise osas.

      Olulisemad sündmused 2024. aastal

      Koostöö tugevdamine partneritega: 2024. aastal jätkus ja süvenes koostöö meie peamiste rahvusvaheliste partneritega, sealhulgas juhtivate tootjatega nagu Mus-Max, Kesla ja HSP Gripen. Tugev koostööpartnerite võrgustik on taganud kvaliteetse tootevaliku ning usaldusväärse tarnelogistika.

      Tooteportfelli laiendamine: Täiendasime oma tootevalikut uue lisavarustuse ja tarvikutega, mis suurendavad seadmete funktsionaalsust ning vastavad erinevate klientide spetsiifilistele vajadustele.

      Teenuse kvaliteedi tõstmine: Oluliseks fookuseks oli 2024. aastal teenuste kiiruse ja kvaliteedi parandamine.

      Majandustulemused

      Balmax OÜ müügitulu kahanes 2024. aastal võrreldes 2023. aastaga. Peamine põhjus oli tellitud masinate hilinemine tarnijatelt ning tarnete lükkumine 2025. aastasse. Mitmed seadmed ja nende koostekomponendid osteti välja juba 2024. aastal, kuid tegelikud tarned ning klientidele väljastamine toimub 2025. aasta jooksul.

      Seetõttu kajastuvad vastavad kulud 2024. aasta aruandes, samas kui tulud jõuavad bilanssi 2025. aastal. Tekkiv kahjum kaetakse varasematel aastatel kogunenud kasumist, seega ettevõtte jätkusuutlikkus ja finantsiline stabiilsus ei ole ohus.

      Ettevõtte juhtkond prognoosib 2025. aastaks müügitulu taastumist ja kasumlikkuse taastumist.

      Arengutegevus

      Laiendasime hooldusmeeskonda, et pakkuda kiiremat reageerimist klientide vajadustele, eriti hooajalise koormuse ajal.

      Uuendasime sisemisi tööprotsesse, kasutades kaasaegseid digitaalseid tööriistu lao- ja tellimuste haldamiseks.

      Tulevikuväljavaated 2025. aastaks on Balmax OÜ seadnud eesmärgiks: 1. Laiendada esindatavate kaubamärkide valikut, et pakkuda klientidele veelgi mitmekesisemat ja innovatiivsemat toodete valikut.

      2. Tugevdada oma kohalolekut Baltikumi turul, keskendudes ekspordivõimekuse arendamisele ja piirkondlikele partnerlustele.

      3. Jätkata investeeringuid digilahendustesse ja e-teenuste arendamisse, et parandada tellimiskeskkonna kasutajasõbralikkust ja tarneahela efektiivsust.

      4. Suurendada oma tegevuste keskkonnasõbralikkust ja jätkusuutlikkust, pöörates rohkem tähelepanu masinate energiatõhususele ja hooldusprotsesside keskkonnamõjudele.
