      OÜ Toonkile on asutatud 26.09.2008 aastal ja põhineb 100% - liselt Eesti erakapitalil.

      Osaühing on asutatud autode ja majaklaaside toonimise teenuste osutamiseks elanikkonnale ja äriühingutele. Põhitegevuse kood EMTAK-i alusel on 45201.

      2023. majandusaasta kogukäive oli 66 771 eur.

      Olulisi uurimis- ja arendusprojekte ei olnud ja ei ole kavandatud ka järgnevaks aastaks.

      Osaühingu juhatus koosneb kahest liikmest. Juhatus on tegev osaühingu igapäevases töös ja alates 01.01.2017 maksavad endale juhatuse liikme tasu. Mingeid soodustusi ja garantiisid juhatuse liikmetele tagasiastumisel või tähtaja möödumisel ette nähtud ei ole.

      2023 aastal oli palgatud üks töötaja. Tööjõukulud moodustasid kokku 20 368 eur

      OÜ Toonkile põhieesmärgiks järgmisel majandusaastal jätkata oma põhitegevusalaga teenindamise ning jaekaubanduse valdkonnas. Plaanime investeerida turu uuringusse. Juhatuse liige eesmärgiks aastaks 2024 on maksimeerida oma äri kasumit, täiustada ja arendada akutatavate teenuste kvaliteedi. Kvaliteedi täiustamise kaudu ettevõtte turupositsiooni säilitamine ja kindlustamine olemasoleval turul. Samuti on lootust leida uusi äriparnereid, mis annavad võimalust proovida ennast ja näidata oma professionaalsust.
