      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      OÜ Lifa on asutatud 13.11.2008 ning tegutseb puhastusteenuste valdkonnas, pakkudes klientidele köökide rasvakanalite pesu, kortereleamute korstnalõõride ning üldkasutatavate hoonete ventilatsiooni, torustiku ja agregaatide puhastust. Ettevõtte teenuste kvaliteeti kinnitab Päästeameti tunnustatud "Puhastustööde akt", mis väljastatakse pärast tööde lõppu objektil.

      Ettevõtte müügitulu kasvas 2024. aastal 18%, ulatudes 600 656 euroni (2023: 508 896 eurot). Tugev kasv näitab stabiilset nõudlust OÜ Lifa pakutavate teenuste järele ning kinnitab ettevõtte konkurentsivõimet valdkonnas. Aruandeaasta kasum oli 76 723 eurot, mis tähendab 34% suurenemist võrreldes eelneva aastaga (2023: 57 391 eurot).

      2024. aasta tööjõukulud olid 281 346 eurot ja keskmine töötajate arv oli 7. Juhatuse liikmele arvestati tasusid kokku summas 37 500 eurot ning muid soodustusi ei tehtud.

      2025. aastal jätkab OÜ Lifa samal tegevusalal, pakkudes kvaliteetset teenust ja rahulolu klientidele. Ettevõtte eesmärk on säilitada positiivne majanduskasv, tugevdada turupositsiooni ning arendada koostöösuhteid nii era- kui ka avaliku sektori klientidega.
