      LIS Investeeringute OÜ on asutatud 2009 aasta jaanuaris. LIS Investeeringute OÜ asus uuenenud Club Sugari juhtima 2009 aasta märtsis. Club

      Sugari juurde loodi 2009 aastal hooajaline väliterrass. Club Sugar tegeleb meelelahutuse pakkumisega. Lisaks erinevate alkohoolsete jookide serveerimine ja õhtuse meelelahutuse programmi pakkumine. Klubis on esinenud eesti tuntuimad ansamblid ja esitatud erinevaid meelelahutuse programme. Lisaks ööklubile on suvel pööratud rohkem rõhku väliterrassil pakutavale programmile. Eesmärk on terrassil pakkuda elavat muusikat ja meelelahutuse programmi alates kl 21.00-st, reedest-laupäevani.
