      Osaühing Porto Mare asutati 08. jaanuaril 2009. aastal Kunde Kinnisvarabüroo ja

      Nõustamiskeskus OÜ nime all.Põhitegevusala on kinnisvara vahendusteenus, hiljem lisandus sotsiaalhoolekande nõustamisteenus.Käive oli 2024. aastal 8,2 tuhat eurot ja 2025. aastal 4,2 tuhat eurot.2026. aastal kavandatakse vähest käibe kasvu.

      Aruandeaastal ühingus töötajaid ei olnud, juhatuseliikme tasusid ei arvestatud.

      2025. aastal arengu- ja uurimisväljaminekuid ei tehtud ning 2026. aastal neid ei planeerita.Juhatuse liikmetele ametist lahkumisel või tagasi kutsumisel eraldi tasusid ettenähtud ei ole.
