OkTrans OÜ asutati 2009 aastal veebruaris. Samal aastal alustati majandustegevusega ning põhitegevuseks oli transporditeenuste osutamine. 2018 aastal lisas tegevuseks reklaamiteenus. 2022 aastal lisas tegevuseks mootorsõidukite hooldus ja remont. Aastal 2023 lõpes kaubavedu tegevusluba ja põhitegevuseks jäi mootorsõidukite hooldus ja remont.

2024 aastal jätkab OkTrans OÜ senist tegevust.
