      Tegevusaruanne 2022

      Nanoksi Estonia OÜ turg koges mitmeid muutusi aruande perioodil. Nõudlus antimikroobsete katmisteenuste järele langes kiirelt esimesel kvartalil kui pandeemia teadlikkus oli mõjutatud Venemaa rünnakust Ukrainasse. Hiljem aasta jooksul nõudlus kõikide katmisteenuste järele oli negatiivselt mõjutatud kõrgete inflatsiooni määrade ja energiahindade poolt. Seetõttu üleüldised kaubanduse tingimused sel aastal olid nõrgad.

      Finantsaastal investeeris ettevõte märkimisväärselt müügipersonali värbamisse ning turundusse. Need investeeringud ei olnud piisavad kehvade turu tingimuste katmiseks ja ettevõte vajas välist rahastamist, et säilitada oma maksevõimet. Eelarveaastal koostöö Nanoksi Groupiga tugevnes ja protsess harmoniseerumiseks jätkub tulevas(t)el aasta(te)l.

      Nõudluse ootus 2023. aastaks ei näita märkimisväärset paranemist ja seetõttu on ettevõte alustanud mitmeid tegevusi kulude vähendamiseks.

      Jätkuv koostöö ka operatiivtasandil koos Nanoksi Groupiga oodatult parandab ettevõtte efektiivsust. 2023 a. jooksul on oodata äri pöördumist kasumisse ja koos lisa osakapitali maksetega muudab see omakapitali paremaks.
