      Sissejuhatus.

      OÜ Luikse Teenus asutati 2009 aastal ja kuulub eraisikule.

      OÜ Luikse Teenus omanik aastaaruande kinnitamise seisuga on Ingrid Luik 100 %

      Osaühingu põhitegevusteks on: kütte- ja ventilatsioonisüsteemide rajamine veetorustiku/ sanitaarseadmete paigaldus küttesüsteemide ehitus ja rajamine üldehitus puhastusteenus

      Tulud, kulud, kasum.

      OÜ Luikse Teenus on 2024. aasta majandusaastal teostanud töid ning pakkunud teenuseid, kütte ja kliimaseadmete paigaldusel ja üldehituse töödel. Ettevõtte müügitulu oli 170 567 eur (2023: 154 416 eur), sellest põhitegevus- küttesüsteemide rajamine moodustas 123 283 (2022: 106 938) euri.

      Meie kindel eesmärk on olnud ja on ka edaspidi- pakkuda kvaliteetse materjali ja usaldusväärse tööga 100%-se garantiiga tulemit.

      Positiivse suunana saab välja tuua tiheda koostöö kohaliku omavalitsusega - Põltsamaa vallaga, seda muidugi tihedas konkurentsis piirkonnas tegutsevate ja varasemalt kohaliku omavalitsusega koostöös olevate ettevõtetega.

      Luikse Teenus OÜ on pakkunud ja pakub küttesüsteemide rajamist, renoveerimist, hooldust ja ehitust kogu Eesti territooriumil.

      Et teostada töid vastavalt Ehitusseadustikule § 21. Ettevõtja kohustused § 22. Ettevõtja pädevus § 23. Pädev isik § 24. Teatud tegevusala kvalifikatsiooninõuded, on Luikse Teenus OÜ, pädev isik Marek Luik pikendanud kutsetunnistust kahes valdkonnas *Ehituse tööjuht, tase 5, Kutsetunnistus 166561

      Spetsialiseerumine: Hoonesisese ja selle juurde kuuluva vee- ja kanalisatsioonisüsteemi ehitamine, väljastaja Eesti Ehitusettevõtjate Liit, kehtib alates: 26.02.2021 kehtib kuni: 25.02.2026 *Ehituse tööjuht, tase 5, Kutsetunnistus 166562

      Spetsialiseerumine: Sisekliima tagamise süsteemi ehitamine, Küttesüsteemide ehitamine, väljastaja Eesti Ehitusettevõtjate Liit, kehtib alates: 26.02.2021 kehtib kuni: 25.02.2026.

      Ettevõttes oli 2024 aasta keskmine töötajate arv taandatuna täistööajale 2 inimest. Töötasusid maksti 28 072 (2023: 13 222) euri.

      Juhatuse liikmele ei ole makstud tasusi, ei ole tehtud soodustusi ega väljastatud garantiisid.

      Vaatamata üliraskele ja keerulisele aastale hindab juhtkond möödunud majandusaastat rahuldavaks, ettevõte on jätkuvalt tegutsev.
