      Tegevusaruanne 2022

      Sissejuhatus

      OÜ Neartech asutati 2009 aastal. OÜ Neartech tegevuseks on hoonehalduse abitegevused.

      Tulud, kulud ja kasum

      Aruandeaastal moodustas ettevõtte müügitulu 41,8 tuhat eurot, mis oli 30,9% väiksem kui eelmisel aastal.

      Kogu käive toimus Eesti Vabariigis.

      OÜ Neartech puhaskasum majandustegevusest 2022.a. oli 12,6 tuhat eurot. . Kaupade, toorme, materjalide ja teenuste kulud olid 48,2 tuhat eurot. Mitmesugused tegevuskulud olid 15,2 tuhat eurot. 2022.aasta põhivarade kulum moodustas 3,6 tuhat eurot.

      Investeeringud

      Aruandeaastal investeeriti materiaalsesse põhivarasse 6,9 tuhat eurot.

      Personal

      Juhatus koosneb kahest liikmest. Juhatuse liige on ka tegevjuht. Juhatuse liikmetele tasusid pole arvestatud. Aruandeaastal töötajaid ei olnud.

      Eesmärgid järgmiseks majandusaastaks

      OÜ Neartech põhieesmärgiks järgmisel majandusaastal on teenuste turupositsiooni säilitamine ja kindlustamine olemasolevatel turgudel. Teenuste meile sobiva nishi leidmine ja selle kindlustamine.

      2022. aastal ei ole tehtud arengu- ja uurimisväljaminekuid.

      2023. aastal plaanitakse jätkata samal tegevusalal
