      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Klump OÜ on erakapitalil põhinev äriühing, mis asutati 2010.a. juunis.

      Käesolev aruanne kajastab perioodi 01.01.2023 - 31.12.2023.

      Aastatel 2011 kuni 2015 jätkas osaühingtegevust valitud põhitegevusalal, milleks oli kujundamine. Kõrvaltegevusalana lisandus aruandeperioodil allhanketeenusena pakutav näituste ettevalmistamine ning ülespanek. Mõlemad tegevusalad kuuluvad EMTAK koodi nr. 90031 (kunstialane loometegevus) alla.

      Lisaks näituste ettevalmistamisele ja ülespanekule lisandus 2021 kõrvaltegevusalana kinnisvara üürileandmine ja käitus EMTAK 68201.

      Osaühingu peamiseks koostööpartneriks kujundustöö valdkonnas oli Filmikunst OÜ.

      Näituste ettevalmistamist ning ülespankut allhanketeenusena osutati Eesti Kunstimuuseumile.

      Aruandeaasta müügitulu oli 20 053 eurot.

      Juhatus koosneb 1 liikmest, juhatuse liikmele juhatuse liikme tasu ei makstud.

      Juhatus hindab 2023 aasta rahuldavaks ning jätkab tegevust valitud aladel ka aastal 2024.
