      Tegevusaruanne 2022

      AS Käru Hooldusravi Keskus alustas tegevust alates 04.augustist 2009.aastast.

      2017.aasta I poolaastal võttis Käru Vallavolikogu vastu otsuse, et AS Käru Hooldusravi Keskuse tegevuse opereerimine müüakse maha 100 000 euroses summas ja ostjale esitati tingimus, et ettevõtte laieneb 40 hoolduskoha võrra.

      Alates 01.08.2017.a. AS Käru Hooldusravi Keskus enam üldhooldusteenust ei osuta, ettevõte jäi hoonete omanikuks ja nendes tegutseb Käru

      Südamekodu OÜ, hallates ja arendades nendes üldhoolduse osutamist eakatele.

      Käru Südamekodu OÜ alustas juurdeehitusega oktoobris 2018.aastal ja juurdeehitus valmis juunis 2019.aastal.

      Nõukogu algatas aastal 2021 AS-i likvideerimise koos varade realiseerimisega, müügitehing toimus 2022 juunis ja seejärel alustati viimaste likvideerimiseks vajalike toimingutega.
