      OÜ Sisekosmos asutati 2009. aastal.

      Ettevõtte peamiseks tegevusalaks on juhtide ja meeskondade arendamine konsulteerimise ja koolituste kaudu. Oleme suutnud hoida käibemahte stabiilsena, mille on taganud kaasaegse ja professionaalse koolitusteenuse pakkumine ning tuntuse levimine.

      Kui esimestel tegevusaastatel teati Sisekosmos OÜ`d ja Motivaator.ee`d rohkem motivatsioonikoolituste pakkujana, siis viimastel aastatel on selle tuntus märkimisväärselt kasvanud just juhtimiskoolituste ja meeskonnakoolituste pakkujana.

      Aastal 2020. hakkas ettevõte tegelema ka e-koolituste pakkumisega, mis on diversifitseerinud tegevust.

      Järgmise aasta eesmärkideks on läbi enda pideva arendamise ja pikaajalise kogemustele tugineva professionaalsuse veelgi suurendada Motivaator.ee tuntust juhtimiskoolituste
