Tegevusaruanne 2023

OÜ Difrotec on loodud 2009. aastal. Ettevõtte põhitegevuseks on optiliste mõõtmisseadmete tootmine. Ettevõttes on välja töötatud uus, ainulaadne ja patenteeritud tehnoloogia, mis aitab oluliselt paremini lahendada optika- ja elektroonikatööstuses esilekerkivaid mõõtmisprobleeme.

Ettevõtte põhitooteks on difraktsiooniline interferomeeter (point diffraction interferometer)

D7 – kõrgtehnoloogiline seade, mis mõõdab optiliste komponentide (nt läätsede, peeglite) ja süsteemide (nt teleskoobid, mikroskoobid) kvaliteeti. Difroteci interferomeeter on maailmas kõige kõrgema mõõtmistäpsusega (accuracy) 0.6 nm, kus 0.1 nm ehk 1 ängström on aatomi suurus. Lisaks interferomeetrile Difrotec pakub mõõtmisteenuseid ning tarkvara DifroMetric mõõtmistulemuste töötlemiseks.

Oma tehnoloogia kaitsmiseks saime 2019. aastal USA patendi No. 10247359 ning 2020.

aastal ka Euroopa patendi No. EP3187820. Ettevõte on osalenud mitmel rahvusvahelisel näitustel ja konverentsil, kus esineti ettekannetega, esitleti interferomeetrit D7 ning tutvustati oma tehnoloogia eeliseid. Samal ajal ilmusid ka Difroteci teaduslikud artiklid ja ettekannete presentatisoonid.

Difrotec OÜ on müünud kokku 9 seadet ja osutanud mitmed mõõtmisteenuseid. Kliendid on Šveitsis, USAs, Hiinas ja Hollandis. Kõige suuremad on Euroopa Kosmose Agentuur (ESA – European Space Agency), Brookhaven National Laboratiry (USA), Hiina telekommunikatsiooni gigant Huawei ning Hiina juhtivad ülikoolid Shenzhenis ja

Hangzhous.

2023. aastal töötati aktiivselt Hiina turul sooritades 3 müügitehingut. Kõik müüdud interferomeetrid on klientide poolt hästi vastu võetud ja nende töö tulemused on saanud kõrge hinnangu. Difroteci meeskond käis Hiinas oktoobris 2023 ja jaanuaris 2024 ning mõlema visiiti käigul kohtuti nii olemasolevate kui ka potentsiaalsete klientidega. 2023.

aasta jooksul saadi Hiina edasimüüjalt üle 10 hinnapäringut interferomeetri kohta, mille tulemusena loodetakse saada uusi tellimusi 2024. aastal.

Samal ajal jätkus ka koostöö Saksamaa edasimüüjaga. 2023. aasta novembris külastasid

Difroteci Šveitsi firma Karl Storz esindajad ning tutvusid D7 interferomeetriga. Nähtuga jäädi väga rahule ja 2024.a. veebruaris käid Difroteci meeskond omakorda Karl Storzi juures Šveitsis, kus Difroteci meeskond õppis, millised vajadused ja väljakutsed tekivad kaasaegsel optilisel tootmisel ning kuidas nendega praegu toime tullakse. Omalt poolt oleme välja pakkunud paremaid ja lihtsamaid lahendusi Karl Storzi probleemidele lähtudes enda tehnoloogia eelistest ja praktilistest kogemusest. Läbirääkimised Karl

2023 tõi senini kõige suuremad müüginäitajad ja lõppes 734 tuhande eurose käibe ning 370 tuhande eurose kasumiga.
