      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Dorpat Ehitus OÜ tegevusvaldkond on elamute ja mitteeluhoonete ehitus peatöövõtu meetodil.

      Dorpat Ehitus OÜ jätkas 2024. aastal stabiilset arengut, näidates taastuvat kasvu ja tugevat kohanemisvõimet keerulises majanduskeskkonnas. Ettevõte suutis kasvatada oma töömahtusid ja säilitada kasumlikkuse, samal ajal kui üldkulude ja sisendhindade surve püsis kõrge.

      Järgnevaks aastaks on ettevõtte fookuses ärimahtude kasvatamine, uute projektide võitmine ning turuosa suurendamine nii era- kui ka avalikus sektoris. Tähelepanu pööratakse pikemaajaliste koostöösuhete tugevdamisele ja jätkuobjektide sujuvale juhtimisele, et tagada töövoo järjepidevus.

      Organisatsioonisiseselt keskendutakse efektiivsuse tõstmisele, struktuuri tugevdamisele ning juhtimisfunktsioonide täiendamisele, et paremini toetada kasvavat meeskonda ja kvaliteedinõudeid. Samuti jätkatakse ettevõtte kapitalistruktuuri tugevdamisega, mille eesmärk on tagada stabiilsus ja paindlikkus edasiste investeerimisotsuste tegemisel.

      Ettevõtte personalipoliitika keskendub motivatsiooni ja töörahulolu hoidmisele, palgakasvu võimaluste loomisele ning töötajate arengu toetamisele nii individuaalselt kui meeskondlikult. Tähtsal kohal on ka kollektiivi ühtsustunne ning sisekommunikatsiooni kvaliteet.
