      Tegevusaruanne 2022

      OÜ Hyperficarius põhitegevusalaks on hoonestusprojektide arendus.

      2021. aastal võõrandati ettevõttele kuulunud kinnistu Tallinnas, 2022. aastal uusi arendusprojekte ei käivitatud.

      Aprillis 2023 on emaettevõte AS Oma Ehitaja ja OÜ Hyperficarius sõlminud ühinemislepingu, mille kohaselt ühinevad AS Oma Ehitaja (ühendav ühing) ja OÜ Hyperficarius (ühendatav ühing). Ühinemise bilansipäev (Äriseadustiku § 392 lg 1 p 7), ehk aeg, millest alates Ühendatava ühingu tehingud loetakse tehtuks ühendava ühingu arvel, on 01.01.2023.

      Ettevõtte juhatuse liikmetele aruandeaastal tasu ei makstud ning töötajaid ettevõttes ei olnud.
