      Osaühing Leevi HPP, mille põhitegevusala on elektrienergia tootmine, asutati 2009.aasta novembris aktsiaseltsi

      Alternatiivenergia Grupp poolt. Asutaja andis ettevõttele osakapitali mitterahalise sissemaksena üle Põlva maakonnas

      Veriora vallas asuva Leevi Veski kinnistu koos hüdroelektrijaama hoone ning seadmetega. 2010.aasta alguses müüs AS

      Alternatiivenergia Grupp 50% osalusest ettevõttes OÜ-le AA-SAT PROFESSIONAL. 2011.a. juulis omandas osaühing

      Leevi HPP osad osaühing Räpina Vesiveski.

      OÜ Leevi HPP sai vee erikasutusloa 2010.aasta veebruaris ning alustas elektrienergia tootmist ja müüki 2010.aasta aprillis. 2023 müügitulu oli 33,9 tuh.eurot: 2024.a. müügitulu oli 55,3 tuh. eurot.

      Ettevõtte peamiseks kliendiks oli aruandeperioodil as Alexela 2025 aastal jätkab ettevõte tegevust samal tegevusalal.

      Loodetavasti alustatakse elektrijaama ulatusliku renoveerimistööga.
