      Antud tegevusaruanne on koostatud 01.03.2024-28.02.2025 majandusaasta kohta.

      KIKA EE OÜ põhitegevusalaks on lemmikloomakaupade jaemüük. Aruandeperioodi jooksul oli ettevõttel 50 poodi. Selle perioodi jooksul uusi poode ei avatud ega suletud.

      KIKA EE OÜ ainulaadsus on lemmikloomadele mõeldud erinevate kaupade mitmekesisus.

      Ettevõte pakub oma valikus eksklusiivset kõrge kvaliteediga sööta NP SP, mis on toodetud Balti riikides. Samuti pakub ettevõte Euroopas ja maailmas tuntud sööda kaubamärke, nagu näiteks Royal Canin, Pro Plan jne.

      Kaupade sortiment on väga lai - alates söödakaupadest, hooldusvahenditest kuni erinevate aksessuaarideni lemmikloomade kaunistamiseks.

      Ettevõtte väärtuseks on kõrgelt kvalifitseeritud, pidevalt õppivad ja harmoonilises õhkkonnas töötavad töötajad. Tänu meie kõrge kvalifikatsiooniga ja motiveeritud töötajatele on KIKA EE OÜ kauplustele iseloomulik suurenev ostjate arv, kellele antakse asjatundlikku nõu, valitakse parimad lahendused, tutvustatakse maailma innovatsioone loomade hooldamise valdkonnas.

      KIKA EE OÜ panustab ettevõtte edu tagamisse, hoides ja väärtustades oma olemasolevaid töötajaid ning luues pidevalt õppiva ja harmoonilises õhkkonnas toimiva meeskonna. Nii aitab ettevõte kaasa mitte üksnes oma äritegevuse edukusele, vaid ka Eesti lemmikloomapidamise kultuuri üldisele arengule.

      Juhul kui turundusstrateegiad ennast ei õigusta ja kui kauplused töötavad kahjumiga, siis sellised kauplused suletakse ja otsitakse uusi võimalusi, et leida uusi kauplemiskohti.

      2025. aasta teenitud kasum plaanitakse jätta jaotamata kasumisse. Majandusaastal ja aruande koostamise perioodil valuutakursside, intressimäärade ja börsikursside muutumisega seonduvaid riske ei esinenud. Ettevõtte tegevusega otseselt seostatavaid keskkonna- ega sotsiaalseid mõjusid ei ole.

      2025. aastal ettevõte strateegilisi muudatusi personali ja juhtimise osas ei kavanda, suuremahulisi investeeringuid ei ole samuti planeeritud. Uuel majandusaastal on plaanitud mõnede poodide renoveerimine ja ümberbrändimine turundusuuenduse raames.
