      GILD IB OÜ osanik võttis 31.07.2025 vastu otsus ettevõte likvideerida.

      Osaühingu likvideerijaks määrati Annika Veisson.

      Võlausaldajate nõuete esitamise tähtajaks oli 12.12.2025. Ükski võlausaldaja oma nõuet ei esitanud ja teadaolevate võlausaldajate nõuded on rahuldatud.
