      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Sameera Grupp OÜ on loodud aastal 2010. a. Põhitegevusalaks on erinevate brändide maaletoomine. Rubio Monocoat ja tööstusliku kontaktliimi STA-PUT maaletoomine ja edasimüümine. Kontaktliim STA-PUT on mõeldud eelkõige mööbli tootjatele ja ehitusvaldkonnas tegutsevatele ettevõtetele. Kõrvaltegevusena alustas ettevõte Belgiast Rubio Monocoat põrandaõlide maaletoomist.

      Aastal 2010 pandi alus müügile, mida on plaanis arendada ka järgnevatel aastatel. Ettevõte tegeleb uute klientide leidmisega ja olemasolevate hoidmisega. Lisaks otsitakse võimalusi uute müügiartiklite maaletoomiseks ja turustamiseks. Aasta 2014 teises pooles alustati Rubio Monocoat õlide müüki puitpõrandaid müüvas salongis. 2024. aastal tegeles ettevõtte aktiivselt puiduõlide ja kontaktliimide turustamisega.

      Ettevõtte realiseerimise netokäive oli 2024. aastal 132 911 eurot (-17,7%) ja varade maht 93 625 eurot (-3,7%). Palgakulu kokku moodustas 33 496 eurot (+26,2%). Juhatuse liikmetele tasusid ei makstud.
