Doordec OÜ is a manufacturing company established in 2010. The product portfolio includes steel smooth metal doors, profile doors, non-load-bearing walls and wall parts, glass facades and their elements. The products comply with fire resistance up to EI -90 and are classified according to established requirements, we have the relevant certificates.

We issue CE marking for products to be manufactured for external boundaries. The main customers of the company are construction and real estate companies and resellers. Apartment associations and private customers also make up a part.

2022 was historically the best year for the company, both production volume, sales revenue and profit increased. Quick and operational response to price increases, dealing with challenges related to the spread of the COVID-19 virus, and updating internal company processes successfully supported the achievement of goals.

The keyword for sales activity is still the development of export markets. The sales turnover of the main activity in 2022 was 7.3 million euros, of which 50.5% was realized in the Estonian market and 49.5% was export.

Our strengths are flexibility, good delivery times, a compliant and versatile product portfolio, which all together ensure a reasonable price level even for small orders. In addition, consistent work on export markets to increase volumes.

The average staff size in 2022 was 63 employees (2021: 61), salaries with benefits and social taxes were 1,944 thousand euros (2021: 1,663). Board members were paid a total of 157 thousand euros (2021: 121).

In 2023, it is planned to continue with the implementation of strategic development plans: the development and efficiency improvement of started processes, products and production planning will continue. The goal is to reduce waste of time and materials through improved processes, increase delivery accuracy, shorten delivery times and be a company appreciated by customers, partners and employees.

The company's activities do not have a significant negative environmental or social impact. We continue to collect waste and recycle as much as possible. As we plan to grow, we contribute to reducing unemployment. The company's economic activity is year-round and is not affected by cycles or seasons.

The company does not have risks associated with changes in exchange rates, interest rates and stock prices, as there are no currency transactions, all financial instrument interest rates are linked to Euribor and the company is not listed on the stock exchange.

The past financial year is characterized by the rise in energy and raw material prices that began in 2021 and continued in 2022, and supply problems. In addition, the ECB began to raise interest rates to slow down rapid inflation, interest rates will continue to rise in the first half of 2023.
