      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Egmer Grupp OÜ on asutatud asutamislepinguga 06. aprillil 2010.aastal. Osanike sissemaksed osakapitali on tehtud 31. märtail 2010.aastal.

      Egmer Grupp OÜ sai asutatud eesmärgiga pakkuda turule hoonehalduse abitegevust. Siiani on olnud selles valdkonnas küll ainult üks klient, kes ettevõtte teenust ostab, kuid pikemaajalises plaanis on kavas klientide ringi laiendada.

      Aruandeaastal kujunes põhiliseks tegevusalaks elektriliste kodumasinate hulgimüük.

      Ettevõtte tuleviku eesmärgiks on suurendada haldustegevuse osakaalu, eriti hooajatööde ajavahemikul. Vastavalt ettevõtte tegevusala laienemisele on võimalik töötaja või töötajate värbamine. Töötaja või töötajate värbamine suurendab küll töövõtjaga seotud kulusid, kuid samas peab tõhustama ettevõtte tegevusalasid ning olema konkurentsivõimeline teiste sarnaste tegevusaladega ettevõtete seas. Teiseks eesmärgiks on laiendada kodumasinate hulgimüüki. Esimesed sammud on astutud ka köögimööbli müügi valdkonnas.

      Egmer Grupp OÜ juhatus on ühe liikmeline, juhatus esindab ettevõtet kõigis ärilistes toimingutes. Kõik suuremad otsused on vastu võetud kas osanike või juhatuse koosolekute otsustega ning on protokollitud. Juhatuse liikmele juhatuse liikmelisuse eest majandusaastal töötasu ei makstud.

      2023 majandusaasta käibeks kujunes 831.585,- eurot ning majandusaasta lõppes kasumiga summas 3.717,- EURi.

      Ettevõte on jätkusuutlik.
