      JUHATUSE DEKLARATSIOON

      OÜ PLANWELL aastaaruanne seisuga 31.12.2024.a., mis näitab 5 391eurot kasumid ning on koostatud tuginedes heale raamatupidamise tavale ning kajastub ettevõtte finansseisundit ja majandustulemusi õigesti ja õiglaselt.

      Sellega deklareerib OÜ-u PLANWELL juhatus oma vastutust 2024.a. raamatupidamise aastaaruande koostamise eest ja kinnitab, et: raamatupidamise aastaaruande koostamisel rakendatud arvestusmeetodid on 1.

      vastavuses hea raamatupidamistavaga; raamatupidamise aastaaruanne kajastab majandusüksuse finantsseisundit ja 2.

      majandustulemusi õigesti ja õiglaselt; raamatupidamiskohustuslane on jätkuvalt tegutsev.

      3.

      PLANWELL OÜ juhataja on koostanud 2024.a. tegevusaruande ja raamatupidamise aastaaruande.

      PLANWELL OÜ kinnitatud majandusaasta aruanne koosneb tegevusaruandest, raamatupidamise aastaaruandest, kasumi jaotamise aruandest ja rahavoogude aruandest. Eraldi on lisatud PLANWELL OÜ juhatuse vastutus deklaratsioon.

      Juhatuse hinnangul on äriühing OÜ PLANWELL jätkuvalt tegutsev majandusüksus 2024.a. TEGEVUSARUANNE

      OÜ PLANWELL põhitegevus on ehitiste remont ja renoveerimis tööd, paneelivuukide remont, katuse remont ja monteerimine. Põhilisteks klientideks on korteriühistused, EMTAK Tegevusalad 43311.

      Ehitustegevus on ettevõttel olnud ainult Eesti piirides. 2024. aastal vähenenud ettevõtte käive.

      Juhatuse liige on ainuomanik. Väljamakseid ei tehtud.

      Aasta 2025 peamised eesmärgid on: uute klientide otsing; suurendada ettevõtte kasumlikkust.
