      MainerPlus OÜ loodi 26.07.2010 aastal.

      MainerPlus OÜ on toomisettevõte, kelle põhitegevusalaks on köögimööbli täislahenduste pakkumine, mööblikomponentide tootmine ja turustamine.

      Alates märtsist 2025 kuulub MainerPlus OÜ 100% Rööperin Venue Oy-le.

      01.07.2024.-30.06.2025 oli MainerPlus OÜ müügitulu 2 882 896 eurot. 99,9% müügitulust moodustas müük

      Soome Vabariiki.

      MainerPlus OÜ omab tootmishoonet Kiius, Kuusalu vallas, Harjumaal, mida endiselt järk järgult renoveeritakse ja kohandatakse üha enam meie vajaduste tarbeks. Pidevalt otsitakse võimalusi tootmise efektiivsemaks muutmiseks, et selle kaudu suurendada ettevõtte kasumlikkust. Sellega seoses on abi saadud nii EAS kui ka KIK toetus- ja koolitusprojektidest. Ettevõtte juhtkond külastab pidevalt messe nii Euroopas kui ka mujal maailmas, et olla kursis mööblitööstuse uuendustega nii materjalide kui tehnoloogia koha pealt. Otsime endiselt uusi eksporditurge lähivälismaal ning üritame laieneda nii Soome, kui ka Rootsi turgudel.

      Lõppenud majandusaasta kujunes MainerPlus OÜ jaoks mitmes mõttes keeruliseks. Sektori ebastabiilsus nii

      Eestis kui ka Soomes, muutused klientide käitumises ning konkurentsisurve hindadele seadsid ettevõtte tegevusele olulisi piiranguid. Lisaks mõjutasid tootmisprotsesse mitmed tehnilised probleemid ja tarneahela tõrked.

      Vaatamata raskustele suutsime tänu meeskonna pühendumusele ja strateegilistele otsustele taastada stabiilsuse ning luua aluse jätkusuutlikuks kasvuks. Investeeringud digitaliseerimisse ja sisemiste protsesside tõhustamisse on juba andnud esimesi positiivseid tulemusi.

      Oleme veendunud, et tehtud muudatused aitavad meil paremini toime tulla tulevaste väljakutsetega ning tugevdavad meie positsiooni turul.

      Ettevõttel oli keskmiselt 21 lepingulist täistööajaga töötajat. Majandusaastal moodustasid ettevõtte tööjõukulud kokku 659 029 eurot.

      2025. aastal jätkatakse sama tegevusalaga.
