Our restaurant is a chef-led, cosmopolitan diner designed to provide playful and carefully prepared taste experiences. We appreciate good food, clean flavours and accessible living – this is how we want to create a place where both the food enthusiast and families feel expected.
Many local food culture seekers and visitors to Tallinn look for something more than a regular meal: they want to discover the flavors of the world that are intertwined with local traditions and seasonal raw materials. At the same time, there is a growing demand for restaurants that take responsibility for reducing the environment and waste and offer healthier choices and family-friendly solutions.
We respond to this by offering intimate and sensual food experiences where world influences and nuances of local cuisine meet. We are not only offering food - we are designing trips to a table where a seasonal and plant-centred approach and a range of longer-held techniques create a variety of eating options, both for the solemn evening and for a more free connection with everyday life. We also care that the choice of drinks supports food and is accessible to guests with different preferences.
We are distinguished by the curiosity and the freedom of testing of the chef, together with informed, waste-reducing work.
