      Üldinfo ettevõttest

      Osaühing ESTOPUIT tegutseb peamiselt mööblitootmise valdkonnas.

      2024. aastal keskendus ettevõte tootmismahu kasvatamisele, tootmisprotsesside efektiivsuse tõstmisele ning investeerimisele seadmetesse, et toetada jätkusuutlikku kasvu ja suurendada konkurentsivõimet.

      Majandustulemused 2024.aastal oli ettevõtte müügitulu 4 076 751 eurot, mis on 88% suurem võrreldes 2023. aastaga (2 173 849 eurot). Müügitulu oluline kasv tulenes suuremast tellimuste mahust ning tõhusamast tootmisprotsessist. 2023. aastal oli ettevõtte müügitulu langenud 2,69% võrreldes 2022.

      aastaga, kuid 2024. aasta näitas tugevat taastumist ja kasvutrendi.

      Ettevõtte puhaskasum oli 2024. aastal 108 188 eurot, võrreldes 2023. aasta 9 344 euroga. Kasumi kasv on seotud müügitulu suurenemise ja tootmise efektiivsuse paranemisega.

      Tööjõud ja tööjõukulud

      Ettevõttes töötas 2024. aastal keskmiselt 39 töötajat. Tööjõuga seotud kulud kokku moodustasid 745 288 eurot. Keskmine aastane tööjõukulu töötaja kohta oli ligikaudu 19 110 eurot. Ettevõte peab oluliseks kvalifitseeritud tööjõu hoidmist ja töötingimuste pidevat parendamist.

      Investeeringud

      Ettevõte investeeris 2024. aastal 127 090 eurot tootmisseadmetesse ja -masinatesse, mille eesmärk oli tõsta tootmisvõimekust ja parandada kvaliteedikontrolli. Investeeringute tulemusel paranes ka tootmise efektiivsus.

      Juhtimine

      Ettevõtte juhatus koosneb ühest liikmest. 2024. majandusaastal ei makstud juhatuse liikmele juhatuse liikme tasu.

      Suhtarvude arvutamisel kasutatud valemid:

      Lühiajaliste kohustuste kattekordaja (kordades) = käibevara/lühiajalised kohustused

      ROA (%) = puhaskasum/ varad kokku * 100

      ROE (%) = puhaskasum/ omakapital kokku * 100

      Ettevõtte finantstulemused paranesid märgatavalt. ROA ja ROE näitajad viitavad varade ja omakapitali efektiivsele kasutamisele. Lühiajaliste kohustuste kattekordaja on 2024. aastal langenud 0,78-le, mis viitab, et lühiajalised kohustused ületavad käibevara. Ettevõte peab edaspidi tähelepanu pöörama likviidsuspositsiooni tugevdamisele.

      Tulevikuvaade

      Osaühing ESTOPUIT plaanib jätkata investeeringutega tootmise digitaliseerimisse ja tööprotsesside optimeerimisse. Lisaks on fookuses uute klientide kaasamine ja ekspordivõimaluste suurendamine. Ettevõtte eesmärk on hoida kasvu jätkusuutlikuna ja tugevdada oma positsiooni
