      Valeks OÜ põhitegevusalaks on toitlustusteenuse osutamine. Ettevõtte tegutseb Yakuza Sushi Bar nime all alates veebruarist 2011.a. ja peamisteks toodeteks on sushi-toodete valmistamine ja müük.
