      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      KMR Livestock Europe Ltd. OÜ on kantud Eesti Vabariigi Äriregistrisse 17.11.2010 reg.nr. 12020189.

      KMR Livestock Europe Ltd. OÜ alustas oma tegevust sügisel 2010.a. Põhiliseks tegevusalaks on elusloomade (veiste) eksport. Lõppenud majandusperioodil oli suurimaks ekspordipartneriks Türgi (2023: Türgi).

      2023 aasta kevadel müüdi Kodila farm ning lõpetati madala kasumlikkuse tõttu Sikeldi farmis veisekasvatus ja aretus. Loomakasvatus nõudis palju ressursse ning viis põhitegevuselt fookuse.

      2024 oli, sarnaselt eelnevale, ettevõtte jaoks hea aasta. Eksporditi suur kogus Taani päritolu veiseid Türki, Kasahstani ja Usbekistani.

      Investeeriti transpordivõimekusse ja soetati juurde kaks Scania loomaveokit.

      Venemaa transiidipiirang potentsiaalsetesse sihtriikidesse nagu Kasahstan ja Usbekistan ning lisaks Taanis ja ka mujal Euroopas leviv sinise keele haigus ehk katarraalne palavik muudab tegevuse järjest keerulisemaks. Haigus ei ole küll otseselt veistele ohtlik, aga potentsiaalsed sihtriigid ei aktsepteeri loomade importi haiguse leviala riikidest. Haigusest vabanemine võtab aastaid.

      Hetkel on võimalik Türki eksportida vaid Eesti päritolu noori piimakarja lehmikuid ja lihaveiseid Euroopa turule.

      Seoses piiratud ekspordivõimaluste ja turuga, on oodata hinnanguliselt 3 miljoni euro suurust käibe langust järgneval aastal. Sellegipoolest jätkatakse tegevust mõistliku kasumlikkusega ja kolm veokit on regulaarselt rahvusvaheliselt sõidus, peamiselt meie enda loomi vedades.

      2024. aastal töötas ettevõttes keskmiselt 10 inimest (2023: 6). Tööjõukulud olid aruandeperioodil kokku 234 160 eurot (2023: 173 195. Tegevjuhtkonnale maksti brutotöötasu 34 096 eurot (2023: 32 467).

      Müügitulu aruandeaastal oli 10 863 349 eurot (2023: 9 768 408). 2024. majandusaasta lõpetas KMR Livestock Europe Ltd. OÜ 208 460 eurose kasumiga (2023: 76 399 kasum).

      KMR Livestock Europe Ltd. OÜ juhatus on üheliikmeline, ettevõtet juhib Tarik Kumru. Juhatuse liige töötab ettevõttes töölepingu alusel, töö eest juhatuses tasu ei saanud.
