      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Sarikas OÜ on 18.01.2011 loodud ettevõte, mis tegeleb peamiselt ehitusteenuse pakkumisega nii Soome kui Eesti turul.

      Ettevõtte juhatus otsustas jätkata 2024. aastal.

      Kuna Ettevõttel on netovara vähem kui Äriseadustikus sätestatud minimaalne suurus, on omakapital planeeritud viia vastavusse Äriseadustiku nõuetega 2024. majandusaastal tekkiva kasumi arvelt. Sündmused peale bilansipäeva on muutunud. Aruande esitamise kuupäeva seisuga 26.06.2024 on olukord muutunud ja ettevõttel on moodustunud kasum, millega seonduvalt omakapital viiakse vastavusse Äriseadustikus nõudega ja vajadusel on valmis omanik 2024 majandusaastal tegema lisainvesteeringuid ettevõtte osakapitali, kui see peaks osutuma vajalikuks majandusaasta lõpuks.
